Marking the Report Privacy Setting

When a report’s public setting is Yes, it appears in the Available Reports from Others list for all users who have access to the Report Center. A report can be made public during its creation (Selecting the Date Range) or from the list of reports shown on the My Favorite Reports or My Recently Run Reports tab, as shown below.

To mark the report's privacy setting:

  1. Click the Report Center button.
  2. Click either the My Favorite Reports or My Recently Run Reports tabs.
  3. Check the boxes next to one or more reports whose privacy settings you would like to modify.
  4. Note: Based on your selections, the Make Public or Make Private links are activated. When reports with mixed privacy settings are selected, both links are disabled. Select only reports where the Public column value is No, for example, to activate the Make Public link.
  5. Click the Make Public or Make Private link. The values in the Public column are updated.
